SURVEYS
Sample surveys are not cheap to carry out in Samoa. While it would be good to conduct surveys at a more regular intervals - it is the cost of running them that have an impact on how often they are conducted. Apart from the market survey which the Department regularly conducts to compile its monthly CPI, major surveys have aslo been conducted.
